Our Departments

Office of the Director-General

Carries out the supervision of the day-to-day running of the Institute. Initiates policies and programmes in conjunction with the management of the Institute. Provides effective leadership and direct the activities of the Institute under the supervision of the Governing Board.

Research and Training

Conducts research on political, economic, and social issues. Develops and delivers training programs for party members and staff. Provides data and analysis to support policy development and strategic planning.

ICT/Information Department

Manages the Institute’s information technology infrastructure. Ensures data security and integrity. Maintains the Institute's website and digital communications. Provides technical support and training to staff and members.

Constitution and Electoral Matters

Advises on constitutional and legal matters. Monitors and analyzes electoral processes and legislation. Supports the development of electoral strategies and compliance.

Civil Societies and Special Duties

Engages with civil society organizations and other stakeholders. Coordinates special projects and initiatives. Promotes community outreach and advocacy efforts.

Government and Government Agencies

Liaises with government bodies and agencies. Tracks and analyzes government policies and their impact on the party’s goals. Facilitates communication and cooperation with public institutions.

Admin Department

Manages the Institute's day-to-day operations and logistics. Handles human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee welfare. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Finance and Procurement

Oversees budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Manages procurement processes and vendor relationships. Ensures financial accountability and transparency.

Library and Documentation

Maintains a repository of political, historical, and research documents. Provides access to resources for research and reference purposes. Catalogs and archives important materials and publications.

Field Work Department

Organizes and supervises on-ground activities and campaigns. Coordinates grassroots mobilization and community engagement. Collects field data and reports to support strategic initiatives.
